Call for Papers

The focus of the conference will be on the four themes: physical and physico-chemical, kinetic, sensory and nutritional properties. Food properties are multidisciplinary in nature requiring inter-links between food science, material science, nutrition and dietetics, biological, health and medical science. It will also discuss the food safety agenda globally with a focus on regional issues. Industry could benefit from transforming the scientific knowledge to useful products having novel and functional food properties.

You are invited to submit research papers and case studies on topics relating to the conference. We welcome submissions that address any topic within the broad areas of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics .
